Ryan is a versatile commercial real estate professional with experience across multiple industry sectors. His career has included roles as a project engineer for Robinson Construction and an acquisitions analyst for SKB. This diverse background has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and leasing.

Ryan joined CVP in 2018 and has successfully managed the completion of over 50 single-tenant developments across five states. He leads projects through every development lifecycle stage, including acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, design, permitting, utilities, construction, and dispositions, underscoring his comprehensive expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Oregon State University. He is an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of ULI Portland Young Leaders Group, and has earned the LEED Green Associate credential.

Ryan serves on the board of Reading Results, which works to improve the reading levels of Multnomah County’s low-income students. He likes to golf, fish, and ski in his free time.
