Rutuja is a Development Associate with extensive experience in commercial retail projects across the United States. In her current role at CVP, she leverages her background in architecture and construction to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient execution.

Before transitioning into development management, Rutuja worked as an architect in Mumbai, India, where she contributed to projects and led the design and construction of various single-family residential projects across the country. Her hands-on experience spans the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to construction delivery.

Rutuja holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science in Architecture-Engineering-Construction Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a LEED Green Associate, reflecting her commitment to sustainable design and construction practices.

Beyond her professional commitments, Rutuja is an active member of the Portland Rotaract Club and the ULI Young Leaders Group, where she continues to engage with her community and industry peers.

In her free time, Rutuja enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her diverse interests enrich her creativity and perspective, both personally and professionally.
