Before joining CVP, Mitchell gained substantial experience at a prominent architecture firm in New York City. He was responsible for designing, entitling, and producing construction documents for new and renovated banks, focusing primarily on the Northeast region. His work on large-scale projects for major retail banking clients has equipped him with an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate site feasibility, leasing, entitling, and permitting.

Mitchell's educational background includes a NAAB-accredited Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University, complemented by studies in London and Florence, which provided a global perspective on architecture and design.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds a LEED Green Associate credential, reflecting his dedication to sustainable building practices. Originally from Oklahoma, Mitchell enjoys traveling, engaging in outdoor activities, and playing the piano, contributing to his well-rounded character and passionate approach to his professional field.
