Matteo has operated as a private real estate investor in a range of projects from housing developments and single-family housing portfolios to retail centers and land projects. He is a seasoned investor and advisor.In addition to his contributions to CVP, Matteo has spent the last 14 years working for boutique sell-side research firms with a focus on financial services companies. Matteo is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He lives in New York City.
