Jennifer's role includes vendor management, financial reporting, and property management matters. Jennifer keeps our books current and works closely with our accounting team to coordinate year-end tax preparation, lender reporting and investor relations.

Jennifer manages our QuickBooks, Juniper Square and Yardi software platforms as well as setup and management of all new banking relationships.Prior to joining CVP, Jennifer offered outsourced accounting services to dozens of clients through her small business, Bookkeeping Matters Inc (including CVP). She has been providing expert QuickBooks support and professional bookkeeping services for more than 15 years and is an excellent addition to the CVP team.

Jennifer is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. She is also a native Oregonian and enjoys camping with her family, reading way too many books, and playing video games with her kids.
