Felix Schein is a seasoned private real estate investor with experience in projects ranging from housing developments to retail centers to land positions. Most recently, he has been involved in a myriad of build-to-suit projects for an array of national clients.

In addition to his work at CVP, Felix  is the founder and President of RALLY, an issue advocacy agency that provides strategic and communications counsel to an array of large foundations, advocacy organizations, and individual philanthropists. With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle, RALLY has successfully collaborated with more than 500 clients on initiatives and campaigns that have resulted in significant changes to public policy.

Felix began his career in journalism at NBC News, where he worked across several different news programs as an associate producer and researcher. A graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, Felix lives in Los Angeles with his wife Ashley, son Jude and daughter Ivy.
