Brooke has been captivated by the built environment from an early age when she and her family would drive around Portland discussing new developments and architecturally interesting homes. She contributes to CVP’s development projects from site acquisition and deal structuring through entitlements and construction. Her holistic approach to development stems from her visual arts studies at Northeastern University in Boston, where she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Eager to understand the market, Brooke specialized in retail brokerage prior to joining CVP. There she partnered with local operators and national developers to achieve their real estate strategies.

Brooke is on the Board of Directors for CREW Portland. She oversees the Future Leaders committee, where she fosters mentorship and career development opportunities for women in commercial real estate. She is also a member of the ULI Portland Young Leaders Group.

In her free time, Brooke can be found skiing, captaining Hood to Coast teams, making art, and being out and about with friends and family.
