Bio

Braden is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sourcing and managing complex real estate investments. Since 2018, he has spearheaded the development team at CVP, successfully managing over 80 projects across 13 states. His investment acumen and strategic vision have been pivotal in advancing the company's objectives.

Before his tenure at CVP, Braden provided strategic business advice to multinational corporations as a consultant at Vriens & Partners in Jakarta, Indonesia. Highlighting his commitment to advancing urban development, the U.S. State Department awarded Braden a prestigious Fulbright Fellowship in 2015 to conduct specialized research in Jakarta.

Braden is recognized for his professional engagement and leadership within the industry and has deep enthusiasm for cities and the built environment. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) National Product Council on Urban Revitalization and co-chair of the ULI Portland Young Leaders Group, reflecting his dedication to advancing innovative development practices.

Braden's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from The London School of Economics, where he was honored as the first Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholar. He also holds a degree from Pitzer College. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Braden brings a unique blend of local insight and global perspective to his professional endeavors.
