Since 2018, Braden has led the Cole Valley Partners development team on over 80 projects and in 13 states.

Prior to joining CVP, Braden worked at Vriens and Partners in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he advised corporations and international NGOs on the urban development and manufacturing sectors. In 2015, Braden received a U.S. State Department Fulbright Fellowship to conduct research on urban development in Jakarta.

He is a member of the National ULI Product Council on Urban Revitalization, co-chair of ULI Portland Young Leaders Group, a member of ICSC, and a LEED Green Associate.

Braden holds a Masters of Science in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from The London School of Economics, where he was the inaugural Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholar, and is a graduate of Pitzer College. He is from Portland, Oregon.
