CVP bought a lot in the Fortuna Palms development, and constructed and delivered Dutch their 3rd store in the Yuma market. The site was the first pad to develop in the new Palms development, and CVP worked closely with the Seller to get a quick start on the Dutch construction and turnover. This project was a quick 90 day build with a strong local GC, DeNise Builders.
