This project was one of the first Dutch Bros projects in the Inland Empire, California. The community welcomed Dutch with opened arms, and we executed a complex entitlement and design process with severe site grades, an adjacent bus stop and traffic light, and fire station. We maintained the fire stations emergency access out of their side road through the Dutch Bros site, and re-striped the road leading to the traffic light to mitigate traffic effects. This site is near a large sports center and school complex and has been incredibly popular since opening day.
