We undertook an ambitious redevelopment project, transforming a former Texas Instruments campus pad into an integral part of a dynamic mixed-use development in the Houston Metro area. As part of this scope, we proudly launched one of the region's first drive-thru CAVA restaurants. Introducing the drive-thru CAVA restaurant not only caters to the evolving tastes and preferences of the local population but also sets a new standard for convenience and quality in the fast-casual dining sector. This undertaking embodies our commitment to breathing new life into unused properties and fostering sustainable growth and development in the communities we serve.
