In our debut standalone development, we successfully transformed a former car repair site into a vibrant Starbucks location in Sacramento. This project navigated various site constraints, including stringent FEMA regulations, to deliver a distinctive and welcoming coffeehouse experience. Our innovative design incorporated a charming front terrace, creating an inviting outdoor space for customers to relax and enjoy their coffee. This transformation reflects our commitment to overcoming complex obstacles while delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, demonstrating what is possible for development in challenging urban settings.
