Project Description
CVP purchased the Huebner Road site in June 2021 through a repeat seller relationship. After performing on the first transaction, the seller brought this deal to our attention. We navigated difficult drainage and retention requirements from the City of San Antonio in order to deliver a site that had room for the building, double drive-thru, adequate parking and a large earthen detention pond. The store opened in June 2022, about one year after acquiring the land.
