In December 2019, we acquired a shuttered bagel shop with the vision of transforming it into a vibrant and modern business hub. The project completely revitalized the building's facade, incorporating contemporary design elements that enhanced its aesthetic appeal.
The comprehensive redevelopment was completed in early 2021, and the location has since reopened as a bustling business site. This project successfully breathed new life into a previously underutilized property, contributing to the economic growth and revitalization of the Arroyo Grande area. The fresh, modern facade now attracts a steady stream of customers, affirming the success of our transformation and our commitment to creating thriving commercial spaces.
