In December 2019, CVP purchased a shuttered bagel shop in Arroyo Grande, CA. We re-imagined the facade with garage doors and designed an exterior facelift featuring an aluminum band, a brick tower, a natural stone patio wall, and a modern awnings. The store opened in early 2021.
