In 2021, we undertook a major redevelopment project by acquiring a strategically located vacant parcel near the intersection of Bear Valley Road and the I-15 freeway. Recognizing the potential of this prime location, we envisioned and brought to life a dynamic 4,500 square foot multi-tenant building designed to meet the diverse needs of the community and travelers.

A standout feature of this development is the inclusion of a convenient drive-through, enhancing the building’s versatility and attractiveness to tenants such as quick-service restaurants and cafes. This addition was carefully integrated into the design to ensure smooth traffic flow and a seamless customer experience.

This new bustling hub has quickly become a focal point in the area, attracting businesses and patrons alike. The Bear Valley multi-tenant building now serves as a vibrant economic contributor, providing services and amenities to the local community and offering high visibility and easy accessibility to those traveling along the freeway.
