Braden Bernards

Braden is a Project Manager at CVP, where he oversees the firm’s development projects and helps guide the firm’s day-to-day operations. Braden uses his specialization in urban planning and urban policy analysis to inform CVP’s project-level business plans and long-term investment strategy.

Prior to joining CVP, Braden worked at Vriens & Partners in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he advised foreign foundations and companies on urban matters and political strategy. In 2015, Braden received a U.S. State Department Fulbright Fellowship to conduct research on public spaces and urban development in Jakarta.

Braden’s interest in cities began while he was working on urban-level political campaigns while a Fellow at RALLY, a political communications firm in Los Angeles.

Braden holds a Masters of Science in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from The London School of Economics, where he was the inaugural Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholar, and is a graduate of Pitzer College.

He is from Portland, Oregon.
