Braden Bernards

Braden is a Project Manager at CVP, where he directly guides the firm’s development projects from acquisition through to project completion. Braden uses his specialization in urban planning and policy analysis to inform CVP’s project-level business plans and long-term investment strategy.

Prior to joining CVP, Braden worked at Vriens & Partners in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he advised foreign entities on political strategy in the development, tourism, and manufacturing sectors. In 2015, Braden received a U.S. State Department Fulbright Fellowship to conduct research on urban development in Jakarta.

Braden previously was a Fellow at RALLY, a political communications firm in Los Angeles, where he worked on campaigns promoting sustainable urban transport and public health.

Braden holds a Masters of Science in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from The London School of Economics, where he was the inaugural Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholar, and is a graduate of Pitzer College. He is from Portland, Oregon.
