Sweet Home, Oregon
In April 2018, CVP purchased 0.80 acres of vacant land on the main thoroughfare in Sweet Home, Oregon in order to pursue a build-to-suit opportunity with Dollar Tree. Prior to closing, CVP secured a long-term lease with Dollar Tree. CVP entitled and financed the developed and current oversees all aspects of the construction. The 10,000 square foot building will feature characteristically Central Oregon architectural features, all while conforming to Dollar Tree’s prototypical standards. The Dollar Tree is anticipated to open in late 2018.
CVP manages the asset. CVP worked with Jennifer Martin of Mid-Valley Commercial Real Estate on the brokerage with Dollar Tree. Stacey Stemach from Stemach Architecture out of Bend, Oregon has designed the building and Derek Howard from CB Construction of La Grande is managing the construction.
